플람스인 ( 네덜란드語 : Vlamingen )은 低地帶國家 에 分布하는 게르만 民族 으로, 네덜란드語 의 方言인 플람스어 를 使用한다. 이들이 사는 地域을 플란데런 ( 벨기에 의 플란데런 地域 과 프랑스 北部 플랑드르프랑세즈 地方)이라고 한다.
