프랭크 맥팔레인 버넷 警( 英語 : Sir Frank Macfarlane Burnet, OM , AK , KBE , FRS , FAA , FRSNZ [1] , 1899年 9月 3日 ~ 1985年 8月 31日 )은 오스트레일리아 의 바이러스 學者이다. 1960年에 後天性 免疫 耐性을 發見한 功勞로 피터 메더워 와 함께 노벨 生理學·醫學賞 을 受賞했다.

빅토리아州 트라랄곤 에서 태어나 1924年 멜버른 大學校 에서 醫學 博士學位를, 1928年에 런던 大學校 에서 博士學位를 取得했다. 버넷은 박테리오파지 와 바이러스 硏究로 移動이 生態 複製 免疫 體系에 關해서 수많은 發見을 이뤘다.
