비간 ( 英語 : City of Vigan , 一路코어 : Ciudad ti Bigan , 타갈로그語 : Lungsod ng Vigan , 中國語 : 美岸 )은 필리핀 一路코스 脂肪 에 屬한 主人 남일로코스 週 의 主導로, 面積은 11km 2 , 人口는 53,879名(2015年 基準)이다. 루손섬 西部 沿岸에 位置하며 西쪽으로는 南中國海 와 接한다. 1999年 유네스코 가 指定한 世界遺産 으로 選定된 舊市街地(비간 歷史都市)가 있다.
