메트로 마닐라 ( 타갈로그語 : Kalakhang Maynila, Kamaynilaan , 英語 : Metro Manila 메트로 마닐라 [ * ] ), 마닐라 首都圈 ( 타갈로그語 : Pambansang Punong Rehiyon ; 英語 : National Capital Region, NCR )은 人口 1000萬이 넘는 필리핀 唯一의 大都市 (Metropolis) 地域이다. 11,553,427名의 人口(2007年 8月 1日 人口調査)가 居住하며 郊外 地域인 라구나 州, 카비테 週, 리살 週, 불라칸 週까지 "Greater Metro Manila"라고 불린다.

필리핀 大統領令 940號에 依해 1976年 6月 24日 필리핀의 首都를 퀘존 市에서 行政首都 마닐라 (Manila)로 變更하면서, 大部分의 政府廳舍와 敎育機關이 密集한 필리핀 最大 都市 퀘손(Quezon) 時, 工場 地帶와 金融 地帶를 아우루는 播植(Pasig) 時, 마닐라灣을 따라 호텔과 空港 터미널이 位置한 말라테(Malate) 市와 파사이(Pasay) 詩를 包含하는 總 16個의 都市(City)와 1個의 自治市(Municipality)를 필리핀의 首都(NCR: National Capital Region)로 指定하였다.
