남수리가오州 ( 英語 : Province of Surigao del Sur )는 필리핀 민다나오섬 에 있는 地方인 카라가 地方 에 屬한 主로 主導는 탄다그 이며 人口는 592,250名(2015年 基準), 面積은 4,925.2km 2 이다. 민다나오섬과 필리핀海 東部 沿岸에 位置하며 北쪽으로는 北수리가오 州 , 西쪽으로는 北아구산 週 와 男兒구산 週 , 南쪽으로는 桐다바오 週 와 接한다.
