유럽 人權 條約 (─人權條約, European Convention on Human Rights, ECHR) 또는 유럽 人權 保護 條約 은 유럽 의 人權 과 本質的 自由 를 保護하기 위한 國際 條約이다. 公式 名稱은 人權과 基本的 自由의 保護를 위한 協約 (Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms)이다.

새로 結成된 유럽 評議會 에 依해 1950年에 草案이 作成되었고 이 條約은 1953年 9月 3日을 期해 效力이 發生하게 되었다. 모든 유럽 評議會의 會員國들은 이 條約과 關聯되어 있으며 새로운 會員國들은 機會가 주어지면 條約을 承認하는 것이 豫測되고 있다. ^[1]
