빈트 서프 (Vinton Gray Cerf [2] , 1943年 6月 23日 ~ )는 인터넷 과 TCP/IP 프로토콜의 誕生에 寄與한 功勞로 '인터넷의 아버지' 中 한 사람으로 꼽히는 美國 의 電算學者이다.

1965年 에 스탠퍼드 大學校 數學科를 卒業했으며, 그 後 暫時 IBM 에서 일하다 1967年 캘리포니아 大學校 로스앤젤레스 大學院에 進學하였다. 大學院에서는 레오나드 클라인落 敎授의 指導下에 電算學 을 專攻, 1970年 碩士, 1972年 博士 學位를 取得하였다. 또한 2012年 에는 日本 게이오기주쿠 大學 에서 名譽博士學位를 받았다.

一般 인터넷 使用者의 觀點을 浮刻시키고 인터넷 開發에 寄與하는 다른 技術的인 모임들( IETF 等)을 管掌하고자 1992年 에 인터넷 協會 를 創立했으며, 1999年 물러날 때까지 初代 議長으로 일했다.

1996年 에 計算器 學會 의 데이터 通信 分科 에서 授與하는 氏그컴賞 을 受賞하였으며, 2004年 에는 로버트 칸 과 共同으로 [6] [7] [8] [9] 計算器 學會의 튜링上 을 [10] 受賞하였다.

現在는 구글 의 副社長 및 首席 인터넷 傳道師(Chief Internet Evangelist)를 맡고 있다.
