빅테이블 ( Bigtable )은 구글 파일 시스템 , Chubby 落 서비스 , SSTable( 레벨DB 와 같은 로그 救助 스토리지) 및 其他 구글 技術 基盤 위에 빌드된 壓縮 된, 高性能 事由 데이터 스토리지 시스템이다. 2015年 5月 6日, 빅테이블의 公開 버전이 서비스의 하나로 利用할 수 있게 되었다. 빅테이블은 또한 구글 클라우드 플랫폼 의 一部로 利用 可能한 구글 클라우드 데이터스토어의 基底를 이룬다. [1] [2]

빅테이블은 2004年에 開發이 始作되었으며 [3] 現在는 웹 索引 [4] , 맵리듀스 (빅테이블에 貯藏된 데이터를 만들고 修正하는데 種種 使用) [5] , 구글 地圖 [6] , 구글 圖書 檢索 , "내 歷史 檢索", 구글 어스 , 블로거닷컴 , 구글 코드 호스팅, 유튜브 [7] , 지메일 [8] 과 같은 수많은 구글 애플리케이션들에 使用된다.
