장바티스트가브리엘요아섕 道稅 ( 프랑스語 : Jean-Baptiste-Gabriel-Joachim Dausset , 1916年 10月 19日 ~ 2009年 6月 6日 )는 프랑스 의 免疫學 者, 醫師 이다. 1980年에 免疫 反應을 調節하는 細胞 表面의 遺傳的 構造體를 發見한 功勞로 바루 베나세라프 , 조지 데이비스 스넬 과 함께 노벨 生理學·醫學賞 을 受賞했다.
