마빈 리 민스키 (Marvin Lee Minsky, 1927年 8月 9日 ~ 2016年 1月 24日 )는 人工知能 (AI) 分野를 開拓한 美國人 科學者이다. MIT 의 人工知能 硏究所의 共同 設立者이며, AI와 關聯된 冊들을 著述했다.

뉴욕에서 태어나 브롱크스 科學 高等學校를 나왔다. 매사추세츠주 의 필립스 아카데미를 다녔고, 1944年부터 1945年까지 美國 海軍으로 服務했다. 1950年 하버드 大學校 에서 數學 學士學位를 받고, 1954年 에 프린스턴 大學校 에서 數學 博士 學位를 받았다. 1958年 부터 MIT 敎授職으로 在職했다.

1953年에 共焦點 레이저 注射 顯微鏡 에 關한 理論을 開發해 냈다.

1970年 에 튜링上 , 1990年 에 日本國際上 , 2001年 벤자민 플랭클린 메달을 비롯한 다양한 賞을 受賞했으며, 美國 國立 工學 學術院(National Academy of Engineering)과 國立 科學 學術院(National Academy of Sciences)의 會員이다.
