《 Kontsert 》(러시아語: 《 Концерт 》, 一般的으로 《 Kohupt 》, 英語: Concert)는 빌리 조엘 이 1987年에 發賣한 두 番째 라이브 音盤이다. 이 音盤은 조엘의 1987年 《 The Bridge 》 투어의 蘇聯 區間에서 錄音되었다. 이 音盤은 짐 보이어와 브라이언 러글스가 共同 프로듀싱했고, 짐 보이어도 함께 混合되었다.

冷戰 期間 동안 록 音樂은 蘇聯 文化로 看做되지 않았기 때문에 蘇聯 에서 許容되지 않았다. 그러나 1987年 미하일 고르바초프 가 글라스노스트 (蘇聯의 開放 政策)를 實施하게 됨에 따라 크렘린 은 1986年 빌리 조엘을 蘇聯에서 公演하도록 招請했다. [2] 빌리 조엘은 歷史 愛好家로서 이것이 冷戰 歷史에 影響을 미칠 것을 알고 이 機會를 利用했다. [3] 그는 "美國 '팝 스타'를 데려 오기 위한 좋고, 安全하고, 첫 番째 試圖"로 여겨졌다." [2]

全體 作詞·作曲: Billy Joel, except where noted. Joel's cover of the Beatles' "Back in the U.S.S.R." became the first single released by him that was written by someone other than himself. The B-side was "The Times They Are A-Changin'", Joel's live cover of Bob Dylan's song.
