플壘아시진 (fluacizine)은 프토라支神 (Phtorazisin)의 商標名으로 러시아 에서 販賣되기도 하고 있는 페노티아진 (phenothiazine) 系列의 三桓系 抗憂鬱劑 (TCA)이다. [1] [2] [3] 플壘亞侍眞은 다른 페노티아진과 달리 項精神病弱물 이 아니어서, 實際로 項精神病 藥물, 레세르핀 , 테트라베羅津 과 같은 抗도파민第 에 依해 誘發된 强直症 및 錐體外路 症狀 을 解消時키祈禱 하지만, 암페타민 으로 인한 常同症 (stereotypy)을 强化시킬 수도 있다. [3] 노르에피네프린 再吸收 抑制劑, 抗히스타민劑 , 項콜린制 役割을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. [4] [5] [6] [7] [3] 이 藥은 1960年代에 開發되어 1970年代에 市販되었다. [1] [4] 플壘亞侍眞은 클로라時辰儀 트리플루오로메틸 類似體이다. [7]
