| Rescaled dimensions to 1200px x 600px (2x), to match other dimensions of the other flags in Wikimedia Commons. Rescaled the red rectangle to the whole flag, if I did it right, otherwise, change it back to where it was before. Grouped everything together, and reduced file size.
