| All of the examples you gave are just pictures without specifications. There is an official instruction which is very clear. Also you keep reverting to a very old version, stop reverting hastily and pay attention to the version.

In international events and within Malta, the flag features a George Cross in grey so Wikipedia should include this, as it has done for ages.
