토머스 존 왓슨 시니어 ( 英語 : Thomas John Watson Sr. , 1874年 2月 17日 ~ 1956年 6月 19日 )는 IBM 의 前 會長이자 CEO이다. ^[1] 그는 1914年부터 1956年까지 이 會社가 國際的으로 成長하는 일을 監督하였다. 왓슨은 IBM만의 經營 方式과 企業 文化를 開發(Development)하였으며, 大槪 穿孔 카드 胎블레이팅 머신 (表 作成器)를 契機로 이 企業을 效率性 높은 販賣 組織으로 전환시켰다. 自手成家한 指導的인 實業家 ^[2] 인 그는 當時 가장 富裕한 사람들 가운데 한 名이었으며 1956年 죽음에 이르렀을 때 世界 最高의 세일즈맨으로 불리기도 했다. ^[3]
