리차드 마우 (Richard Mouw, 1940年 4月 22日 ~ )는 美國의 神學者이며 哲學者이다. 美國 풀러神學校 前 總長이었다. 美國 프린스턴 神學校 가 주는 아브라함 카이퍼 (Abraham Kyuper) 賞을 受賞했다. 美國의 하우톤 大學校, 웨스턴 神學校를 卒業하고, 앨버타 大學校에서 哲學 碩士學位를, 시카고 大學校에서 哲學 博士學位를 받았다. 미시간州 그랜드 래피즈에 있는 칼빈 大學校 에서 17年 동안 哲學을 가르쳤고, 1985年 9月부터 캘리포니아에 있는 풀러 神學校에서 基督敎 哲學 과 倫理學을 가르치며 암스테르담 自由 大學校 客員敎授를 지냈다. 1993年, 풀러 神學校 4代 總長으로 就任해서 2013年 總長職을 마쳤다. Fuller神學校에서 Faith and Public Life라는 硏究所를 殞命하고 있다. 리폼드 저널”(Reformed Journal)을 創刊하여 編輯者로 活動한 그는, “북스 앤 컬처”(Books and Culture) 等의 다양한 編輯 委員會를 했다. ^[1] 韓國에도 訪問하여 많은 풀러신학대 出身 神學者, 牧會者들과 모임을 가진 바도 있다.
