國際司法委員會 또는 司法統一國際硏究所( International Institute for the Unification of Private Law; UNIDROIT )는 獨立된 國際機構로 國際 司法 의 統一과 一貫性을 높일 目的으로 設立된 團體 이다. 特히 國家間 商法 의 標準化에 힘쓰고 있으며 各種 協約 및 條約 을 作成하고 있다. 1926年 國際聯盟 의 下部組織으로 設立되었으며 現在 로마 에 位置해 있다.

硏究所가 1964年에 制定하여 確定  · 採擇한 〈 國際物品賣買에 關한 統一法 〉(A Convention relating to a Uniform Law for the International Sale of Goods, 1964 ; 以下 ‘ULIS’라 한다) ^[1] 과 〈國際物品賣買契約의 成立에 關한 統一法〉(A Convention relating to a Uniform Law on the Formation of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, 1964 ; 以下 ‘ULF’라 한다) ^[2] 은 國際 物品 賣買 契約에 關한 國際 聯合 協約 의 基礎資料라 할 수 있다. ^[3] 그 밖에도 다음과 같은 條約 및 協約締結에 寄與하였다.
