Sekuriti (kewangan)

Satu sekuriti adalah secara umumnya satu instrumen kewangan boleh runding membaur yang mewakili nilai kewangan. ^[1] Sekuriti pada umumnya dikelaskan kepada:

skuriti hutang (seperti wang kertas , bon-bon dan debentur ),
sekuriti ekuiti , e.g., saham biasa ; dan,
kontrak-kontrak terbitan , seperti kontrak hadapan , futures , options and swaps .
