《?可以跳舞》混音專輯收錄一首新歌〈聚光燈〉（Spotlight），其?的曲目分別來自於1983年同名專輯《 瑪丹娜 》（Madonna）、1984年《 宛如?女 》（Like a Virgin）和1986年《 忠實者 》（True Blue）三張專輯當中。其實〈聚光燈〉不算是一首新歌，這首歌曲早在1986年就已經製作完成，原本唱片公司是計劃將這首收錄在專輯《忠實者》當中，這首歌曲和〈 假日 〉的曲子都出自Curtis Hudson之手，但瑪丹娜認?這兩首歌曲的部?旋律太過於相似，所以從《忠實者》原預定的曲目中撤掉了?。因此已經製作完成的〈聚光燈〉就一直被?置著，直到隔年這張《?可以跳舞》混音專輯的發行，這首歌曲才有機會問世。
