Polina Sergeyevna Gagarina (born 27 March 1987) is a Russian singer and songwriter. [1] She became known in Russia after winning In a singing reality TV show named Star Factory in 2003.

Gagarina represented Russia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song "A Million Voices". [2] The song finished in second place. [3] Gagarina has also been a judge on the Russian version of The Voice . In 2019, she competed on the Chinese TV competition Singer and was one of the finalists.

In March 2022, Gagarina performed in Moscow at an event celebrating the eighth anniversary of the annexation of Crimea and supporting the Russian invasion of Ukraine . She has been banned from entering Estonia and Latvia and a concert in Kazakhstan was cancelled. [4]
