Bernie Marsden ( 7. toukokuuta 1951 Buckingham ? 24. elokuuta 2023 ^[1] ) oli brittilainen kitaristi . Han oli yksi Whitesnaken kolmesta alkuperaisjasenesta.

Marsden aloitti musiikkiuransa UFOssa marraskuussa 1972. Puolen vuoden sukellus Phil Moggin ja Pete Wayn paihdehuuruihin oli niin traumaattinen, etta asia vaiettiin yhteisella sopimuksella 1990-luvulle saakka. Sen jalkeen han soitti yhtyeissa Cozy Powell's Hammer ja Babe Ruth kunnes han vuosina 1976?1977 soitti Deep Purple -veteraanien bluesrock-kokoonpanossa Paice, Ashton & Lord , jonka ainoaksi levytykseksi jai vuonna 1977 julkaistu Malice in Wonderland . Naihin aikoihin han tutustui ensimmaisen kerran David Coverdaleen .

Vuonna 1978 Marsden oli toinen jasen joka kiinnitettiin aluksi David Coverdalen sooloprojektin taustabandiin Whitesnakeen. Siina han soitti vuoteen 1982 asti saveltaen muun muassa yhtyeen suuret klassikot ” Fool for Your Loving ” ja ” Here I Go Again ”.

Whitesnaken jalkeen Marsdenilla oli kaksi yhtyetta yhdessa kahden entisen Whitesnake-jasenen Micky Moodyn ja Neil Murrayn kanssa: Company of Snakes ja M3 seka yhtye Bernie Marsden's Whitesnake.
