Deutsch: ?[…] daß das Bundeswappen auf goldgelbem Grund den einkopfigen schwarzen Adler zeigt, den Kopf nach rechts gewendet, die Flugel offen, aber mit geschlossenem Gefieder, Schnabel, Zunge und Fange von roter Farbe. Wird der Bundesadler ohne Umrahmung dargestellt, so sind das gleiche Bild und die gleichen Farben wie beim Adler im Bundeswappen zu verwenden, doch sind die Spitzen des Gefieders nach außen gerichtet.“
