I'm a software engineer, currently employed full-time in the private sector. I'm also a devoted family man, a husband, and father of three ( Alhamdullilah ), residing in the sunny land down under, Australia.

My passion lies in crafting general-purpose software with a commitment to openness and accessibility, epitomizing the essence of open source.

Despite my fervent dedication to software development, the demands of family and religion often take precedence, leaving me to prioritize my paid employment. Nevertheless, my ultimate ambition is to transition into full-time engagement within the open-source realm, provided I can garner sufficient support from either the community or organizations.

I am committed to completing a project I initiated several years ago: the development of a BaaS (Backend-as-a-service) platform known as Firewebkit. Firewebkit is designed to empower developers with feature-rich backend provider with tools and libraries to aid the development and ship their code faster with built-in CI/CD. This includes provisions for email services, hosting services, payment integration, authentication, automatic billing/invoices, domain management, SSL certificates management, NoSQL database support abstracted on top of MongoDB, serverless functions, CLI compatibility, frontend Javascript SDK, and storage service (with S3 integration). Built from scratch to seamlessly integrate with container orchestration tool Kubernetes, Firewebkit aims to provide a versatile and reliable hosting solution for a wide range of users.

However, with my current commitments, I find myself lacking the necessary resources and time to fully dedicate my time to Firewebkit's development. Although the project is over halfway complete, it still requires substantial refinement and enhancement.
