St. Vincent Announces New Album MASSEDUCTION , Shares New Song “Los Ageless”: Listen

St. Vincent has announced her next album. It’s called MASSEDUCTION , and it’s out October 13 via Loma Vista. It follows Annie Clark’s last studio album, 2014’s? St. Vincent , and it features her previously released single “ New York .” Listen to a new song from the record, “Los Ageless,” below. The album features Kamasi Washington, Jenny Lewis, Doveman, and production from Sounwave. In a mock press conference announcing the album on Facebook, she said “literally the only point” of the record is it’s about love, and stressed that the title is pronounced “Mass Seduction,” not “Mass Education. (“I did toy with calling the record Ass Education,” she joked.)

In interviews leading up to the album’s announcement, Annie Clark described the record as being “all about sex and drugs and sadness.” St. Vincent’s “Fear the Future” tour kicks off in October. She recently contributed a Beatles cover to a new Tiffany campaign.
