Lower Manhattan Development Corporation Directors Meeting

A Meeting of the LMDC Board of Directors was held on

Due to building procedures, members of the public attending in-person should please RSVP by 2:00 p.m.on Friday, March 8, 2024.

This in-person meeting is open to the public. Please bring appropriate identification to gain access to the meeting.

Members of the public may submit comments on the Agenda items in writing to publiccomment@renewnyc.com by 12 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2024.

All comments related to the Agenda that are received by the deadline will be distributed to the
Directors prior to the meeting and will be posted online.
