黃大仙公共圖書館 （ 英文 ： Wong Tai Sin Public Library ）係 香港 一間執?笠?小型圖書館， 亦係 黃大仙區 第一間公共圖書館。館址? 九龍 黃大仙下邨 30座51-55號地下，於1984年2月27日?用，由 市政局 負責管理。隨住黃大仙下邨重建，圖書館?1989年1月28號起停用，由 龍興公共圖書館 取代。

1973年， 香港市政局 定?新圖書館標準，每二十萬人就要起一間面積大約12,000-15,000平方??圖書館，?計?港九各區都有公共圖書館 ^[1] 。當時局方?計 黃大仙區 人口會持續增長，加上 觀塘區 ?坪石公共圖書館滿足?到兩區人口所需，所以局方建議?黃大仙區起返間公共圖書館 ^[2] 。

局方曾經?過?大成街或者雙鳳街?綜合大樓作?館址，但當時兩項工程?落實到而放棄。1975年4月，局方建議? 黃大仙 飛鳳街?長春大廈作租鋪設館 ^[3] ，但遭到圖書館專責委員會否決 ^[4] 。1976年4月，局方提出短期方案，建議?黃大仙區設立一間約4,000平方??小型分區圖書館，預計1977/78年度?用，但最終?實行到 ^[5] 。

直到1983年3月，市政局見區內對圖書館要求殷切，加上 牛池灣 同 新蒲崗 ?圖書館?能?短期內?用，所以重新考慮?黃大仙區開間小型圖書館 ^[6] 。同年5月， 房屋署 建議局方? 黃大仙下邨 30座56-62號同埋73-77號地下設立圖書館 ^[7] 。但老人中心直到10月仍租用上址，結果局方要求房屋署?覓選址 ^[8] 。

?住房屋署提議同座51-55號同78-82號地下?新選址，1983年12月獲市政局同意設館，?交由建築拓展署負責設計 ^[9] 。最後?1984年2月27號，黃大仙公共圖書館正式?用，成?當時區內第一間公共圖書館，亦都係第八間市政局小型圖書館。開幕典禮由時任圖書館專責委員會主席 葉錫恩 主持 ^[10] 。

搬館計劃 [ 編輯 ]

1984年9月， 房屋署 向 市政局 提出，預留 黃大仙下邨 重建第四期龍興樓地下重置圖書館 ^[11] 。局方考慮到難以區內物色地方重置圖書館之餘，亦要維持 黃大仙區 圖書館服務，故此同意遷館計劃 ^[12] 。新圖書館以龍興樓命名，以便居民辨識圖書館?位置 ^[13] 。

過渡期間房屋署以特惠租金（每月1,680港元）出租?市政局至到新館?用?止 ^[14] 。1989年1月28號， 龍興公共圖書館 正式?用，取締黃大仙公共圖書館 ^[15] 。

設施同服務 [ 編輯 ]

圖書館面積只有112 平方米 ，屬於市政局小型圖書館規模 ^[16] 。開館時共有18,000本藏書，提供成人同兒童 圖書 借閱服務 ^[17] 。主要服務對象係黃大仙居民，直至1987年6月，平均每日借出約570本圖書 ^[16] 。

開放時間 [ 編輯 ]

圖書館?用以來，開放時間?每星期39個鐘，逢星期一休館。1985年3月，市政局建議改開放時間，包括統一休館日、更改午休時間、延長平日開放時間同埋縮短週末開放時間。最終方案獲得通過，??同年7月1日起生效 ^[18] 。
