歐洲人權法院 ，亦都叫做 斯特拉斯堡法院 ( 英文 ： Strasbourg Court ) [1] 係一個由 歐洲評議會 所設立?國際法院，位於法國 斯特拉斯堡 。?個法院?基礎係 歐洲人權公約 ，所以??案件基本上都係同 人權 有關。

?個法院?1959年成立，?1960年開始運作。提出案件?可以係一個人，一班人，或者46個成員國之中?國家。除?判決之外，法院亦都會提出咨詢式?意見。法院所用?司法解釋係用 歐洲人權公約 ?條款，但係亦都會考慮到案件當時?情況。
