passionate about food, drink, design and the environment. Since opening we have created and are continuing
to develop, a relaxed informal space for people to stay and to enjoy exceptional food and drink with friends
and family. We have six en-suite guest bedrooms which have views across Loch Dunvegan, or up to the hillside
of the Millenium Stone. We are sustainability and zero waste driven. Our food is inspired by family-influenced
Patagonia/Argentine cuisine and traditions, as well as a healthy obsession with exploring fire cooking
techniques from around the world. Our menus change as ingredients become seasonally available. Our set 3 & 5
Course Fire Dining Experience showcases our own grown, local and Scottish seafood & meat and British
vegetables cooked using fire on our Asado Grill and Wood Oven. Expect Twice Dived Sconser Scallops, 6-week
