An editing error led an opinion piece to suggest its writer had interviewed the curator Aleema Gray when, in fact, the quotes were from a Guardian interview published in April ( My revelatory hunt for a lost TV episode , 13 May, Journal, p4).

Electron microscope images at the nanoscale are millionths of a millimetre, not thousandths of a millimetre ( Scientists map out human brain’s wiring in unprecedented detail , 10 May, p17).
