Nancy Meier, director of scouting administration for the New England Patriots, is the longest-tenured employee in the organization. A trailblazer for women in sports, Meier joined the team in 1974 -- a time when women predominantly worked secretarial roles. Today, Meier is a jack of all trades, as she helps rookie players prepare for professional life, coordinates logistics for tryouts, draft visits and free-agent signings, and is the team's first line of communication with the NFL for all personnel matters, among other roles.
