Stephen Donnelly is the Minister for Health. He was appointed to this role in June 2020.
He has been a TD for the Wicklow constituency since the 2011 general election.
Stephen has previously worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co., specialising in transformational change for large public and private sector organisations.
He has worked across many sectors, including private equity, retail, public infrastructure, healthcare, education, international development, and the voluntary and social sectors.
At the Harvard Kennedy School he studied international development, with a focus on rebuilding economies and protecting and strengthening vulnerable populations.
