Philippe Clement pushed Todd Cantwell out the way at full-time as he complained in the face of the match officials at Hampden.

Rangers lost a dramatic Scottish Cup Final 1-0 to Celtic with Adam Idah's late strike the difference at the national stadium. Things heated up in the later stages of the game, with Cantwell involved in a heated exchange with Greg Taylor as he was leaving the pitch to be substituted. The Hoops left back was seen pushing him to the floor before an off-camera incident saw Cantwell go into the referee's book.

After the game, fan footage shared on social media showed Cantwell returning to the pitch and exchanging words with linesman David Roome, who assisted Nick Walsh in the Scottish Cup showpiece. Leon Balogun is seen gesturing for the Englishman to leave it alone, but after he doesn't heed the warning, Clement takes things into his own hands.

Philippe Clement pushes Todd Cantwell

A visibly worked up Rangers boss approaches Cantwell directly and shoves him out the way, possibly to avoid a retrospective red card that would have seen him suspended into next season. Cantwell then takes his boss' warning on board and trudges off.
