Scot's Harry Potter actress Miriam Margolyes made This Morning presenters Phil and Holly blush as she admitted to creating multiple sex tapes during her life.

Miriam whose dad is from the Gorbals left the telly host s in stitches as she spoke from her villa in Italy where she has been spending lockdown.

And as an embarrassed Phil and Holly burst out laughing at her admission , she reassured them that her sex tapes were in fact just audio recordings with no accompanying visuals.

Miriam, who never holds back in interviews and has already established a long list of embarrassing but hilarious telly anecdotes, added that she was 'exhausted' after having to simulate orgasms.

The star who was given the caption of the show's 'favourite guest', was prompted by Phillip about her tapes.

After discussing her recent hemorrhoid adverts and her past Cadbury's Caramel bunny advert which she voiced , Phillip asked Miriam: "Didn’t you possibly get that job out of a couple of other tapes that you might have that were, um…slightly less family-orientated?"

Miriam cautiously replied: "I thought I was supposed to be very careful this morning on this show."

Holly laughed: "He’s poking you with a big stick, let me tell you that."

After she as told she was often naughty, Mirian said: "Well, I did a couple of sex tapes, Sexy Sonja: Leaves from my Schoolgirl Diary. That was one of them"

As Phil put his head in his hands , Miriam continued: "But I have to stress they were audiotapes, they were not visual.

"And they’re very exhausting because when you’re simulating orgasm as all of you out there will know.

"It’s tiring and you get a headache, it’s not a question of having a headache at the beginning, you get a headache at the end."
