Management Services is dedicated to promoting organizational effectiveness through creative leadership that is responsive to our community, employees, and the public while providing courteous and quality human resources, employee services, labor relations, safety, and risk management programs in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

The Management Services Department consists of three divisions:
- Employment Services and Employee Services
- Labor Relations
- Workers' Compensation & Safety
The department provides support services involving a wide range of internal administrative functions to City departments, and plays an essential role in enhancing each department's ability to better serve the Burbank community.
