I really presume you need a main page here on the Oldwikisource, not a new domain. OK. See Main Page/Nenets . It is a simple draft, you can improve it. The best is you look at some other main pages here, you will find them in the Category Category:Main Pages , where you will find also some hints, how and where the new page should be mentioned.
