The shakeout at CBS TV Distribution continues with the departure of programming prexy Aaron Meyerson, the Eye confirmed Tuesday.

Separately, CTD has appointed FremantleMedia North America exec Maureen FitzPatrick as senior veep of programming and development. Joe Ferullo, who has been with CTD since 2006, has also been upped to senior VP programming and development.

The shuffle comes two weeks after longtime CTD domestic prez John Nogawski ankled his post and Armando Nunez was promoted to the newly created position of president-CEO of CBS Global Distribution Group.

Meyerson joined CTD in early 2011 after working as a development exec at Oxygen and MTV Networks.

FitzPatrick had been senior veep of comedy development at Fremantle. A daytime TV vet, she arrives with a slew of yakker credits including exec producer on “Living it Up! With Ali & Jack,” “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus,” “Donny and Marie,” and most recently, GSN game show “Pyramid.” FitzPatrick has also served as a consulting producer on “Ellen,” and held overall deals at studios including Sony, Buena Vista and Fox TV.

Ferullo had been veep of programming and development. He currently oversee shows including “Judge Judy,” “Dr. Phil,” “The Doctors,” “Rachael Ray,” “Judge Joe Brown” and “Inside Edition.” Before CBS, Ferullo worked in the news divisions of ABC, NBC and CBS.
