Viaplay has announced that Haley Joel Osment , best known for his role in The Sixth Sense, will join Peter Stormare and Johan Glans for the second season of Swedish Dicks when it returns in December.

Swedish Dicks is a comedy about a former stuntman Ingmar ( Peter Stormare ) and former DJ Axel ( Johan Glans ) who start a private investigation agency which tackles some of the strangest cases in LA.

Haley Joel Osment plays a client called Dave who, in a moment of suicidal madness, orders a hit on his own life but decides to call it off, so enlists the help of the Swedish Dicks for round the clock protection.

He said: “It was really fun working with Peter, Johan, Vivian, Andreas and the entire Swedish Dicks team. It was a memorable recording where we walked around Downtown LA, and Peter flew around on a hoverboard between takes. I look forward to seeing the whole season when it premieres.”

Also confirmed for season two are Lori Petty (Orange is the New Black) as a medium investigated by the Swedish Dicks, and Justin Chambers (Gray’s Anatomy) as a tired and lonely ageing rocker who hopes to find friendship with the hapless duo.

Swedish Dicks season two premieres December on Viaplay across the Nordic region.
