CHARLOTTE, N.C. , Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Group North America of Charlotte, NC , announces the completion of its acquisition of Harwood Heights, Illinois -based KIMCO Corporation, a provider of support services operating mainly in the business & industry sector. Through the acquisition, KIMCO becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Compass Group North America under Eurest Services, a division of Compass Group North America focused on delivering support services to the business & industry sector. The transaction was finalized on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 .

Crothall Services Group, the sister company of Eurest Services, will continue its focus on the healthcare sector.
