Below you will find links to the three ICRC databases on international humanitarian law. The first is the treaty database, which includes the text of IHL treaties and commentaries, and a list of States that have signed and/or ratified the treaties. The second is the national implementation database, which features various aspects of, and possible approaches to, incorporating IHL in national legislation. The third is the customary IHL database, which presents IHL rules and some case studies taken from various countries in order to illustrate IHL in practice.
