Miss Saigon gala celebrates 25th anniversary!

Jonathan Pryce, Lea Salonga, Simon Bowman, and other cast members from the original 1989 production of Miss Saigon joined the current West End company on stage last night for a special gala performance marking the musical's 25th anniversary. They were joined by other Miss Saigon alumni in a spectacular 35 minute finale which saw Salonga and Bowman reprise their love duet, and Pryce recreate American Dream to raptuous applause from fans who paid 1989 prices for their tickets.

The gala performance will be broadcast on BBC Radio 2 at 9pm on Friday 3 October.
