With the column she writes for the Tribune, her Chicago Now blog and her own blog, CandidCandace.com , she has her finger on the pulse of what's happening in the Windy City and beyond. She and her husband of 25 years collect rare books, are lovers of antiques and are adored by Mickey and Rooney, their spunky Chihuahuas.
