ICM has placed great emphasis on training right from the start, and we will continue to invest in this key area of our business. To this end, we have
created a dedicated Business Support Department, headed by our Managing Director Paul Rafferty. This gives us a focused team responsible for delivering,
monitoring and auditing training, along with allied functions critical to the company.
Our training centre features classroom environments and sites for practical demonstration. ICM is also committed, with Telford College of Arts and Technology, to the NVQ programmes for customer service and cleaning. A number of the team have
already successfully completed their NVQ assessments.
