In the conclusion of the previous eighth episode, the long-time friend of Kim Sun Woo’s father, Moon Tae Joo (played by Jung Ho Bin), reached out his hands to Kim Sun Woo, at one of his lowest points in life, and said, “I’m your father. I’m going to change your life from now,” revealing the wealthy Moon Tae Joo would be aiding Kim Sun Woo now. In the upcoming ninth episode, Kim Sun Woo’s road to his new life will be shown as Moon Tae Joo begins showing Kim Sun Woo a side to life he hasn’t seen before. During this process, Kim Sun Woo comes to cast aside his feeling for Han Ji Won (played Lee Bo Young) and wander. The reason not only being Kim Sun Woo deciding to follow Moon Tae Joo’s path, but also to protect his love.

To perfect the love he has for Han Ji Won, Sun Woo decides to leave and come back as a successful man. Sun Woo will also continue to uncover the truth behind the death of his father and come to throw everything into attaining his revenge against his friend Lee Jang Il and the others who wronged him.

In the upcoming ninth episode, Kim Sun Woo will cross over to America where, through the help of Moon Tae Joo, Kim Sun Woo’s sight will be restored through surgery. After 13 years as a successful business man, Kim Sun Woo returns to Seoul. Han JI Won will have succeeded to become the chief manager of VIP banquets at a luxury hotel. For Kim Sun Woo who has led a completely new life, he will come to embody revenge against those who did wrong to him and his family.
