Main cast members of tvN’s upcoming romantic comedy series have gathered together.

Song Ji-hyo, Choi Jin-hyuk, Lee Phil-mo, Choi Yeo-jin and Clara participated in the first script reading session of tvN’s new drama “Emergency Man & Woman” (translated title) at CJ E&M Center in Seoul last week.

“I’m getting attached to my character Oh Jin-hee who has bright and brave character,” said Song, while Choi also revealed his impression that, “I’m thrilled to take on the character that is different from my previous works.”

Producer Yoon Hyun-gi also showed off confidence on his new work that, “Actors show nice chemistry every time they’re together, just like they’ve known each other for a long time. Song and Choi feel great attachment to the series, which also makes me expect high on the drama.”

As the follow-up to smash hit retro drama “Reply 1994,” the 20-part romantic comedy series will center on divorced couple who reunite as interns at an emergency room in a hospital six years later, slated to premiere on January 24 at 8:40 p.m. KST next year.
