Rock trio M.C. The Max’s tune “Wind That Blows” jumped to the top of MelOn’s weekly singles chart.

“Wind That Blows,” the title tune of the trio’s first studio album in five years, topped MelOn’s weekly singles chart during the week of January 6 and 12, the Korea’s biggest music streaming service showed on Monday.

Female solo artist IU’s tune “Friday,” follow-up tune to IU’s hit jazzy tune “The Red Shoes,” stepped two slots down to the third place.

Female singer Ailee’s new tune “Singing Got Better” made a debut on the fourth spot, while R&B vocalist Lyn’s record “My Destiny,” original soundtrack of Kim Soo-hyun’s popular TV series “Love from Star,” rounded off the top five.

Other much-enjoyed music in the top ten last week included M.C. The Max’s new track “We, In the Past,” rapper Beenzino’s “Dali, Van, Picasso,” Seo In-guk and Zia’s hit duet song “Loved You” and TVXQ!’s new tune “Something.”
