The procedure of delivering documents with the referendum results from polling stations to the Crimean capital is as follows - "first, protocols with 'wet' stamps should come from district to territorial election committees, which in their turn are to send the results to Simferopol via an electronic system and then protocols with 'wet' stamps should arrive in Simferopol," Temirgaliyev said.

The Crimean authorities have prepared reserve power source for polling stations and election committees in case power supply disruptions occur, Temirgaliyev said.
