We love to hear from our little learners and their grown ups about CBeebies, so thank you for taking the time to look at our Audience Feedback section. This is where you can leave comments about the channel, ask us questions, and discuss CBeebies with other viewers. We may also post news about CBeebies which we think might interest you.

Before you ask us a question, please read other viewers’ feedback on this page, or take a look at our FAQs first. We’re constantly updating the FAQs and unfortunately we receive so many enquiries that we can’t respond personally to questions which have already been answered.

If you need us to investigate something specific about a recent broadcast, please check our FAQs for the information that you need to send us in order to look into this for you.

You might prefer to check What’s On if you have a question about when you can see a programme on CBeebies.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you!

When will Spot the Dog by Eric Hill be aired again on the Cbeebies channel. It more than 2 years since we have Cbeebies but yet to see Spot the Dog on the channel. We subscribed to Cbeebies just to have Spot for the children. We have all the books here but no shows. Do bring it on soonest possible. Thanks. Btw, what is the problem of taking off Spot off the channel in the first place?

BBC

Dear Lee,

Thank you for your message to CBeebies in Asia.

We don't have plans to show Spot The Dog on the channel but in September you can see new series of Mr Bloom's Nursery and Nina & The Neurons, which we hope that you will enjoy.

Our schedules constantly evolve and we regularly refresh our programme selection, so at times we may not be showing some of your favourite programmes. However, we welcome audience feedback, and we will share your interest in seeing Spot The Dog with our programming team.

Best wishes,

CBeebies

Similar to number jacks cam you start a program that teaches alphabets? And basic spelling?

Unfortunately we don't have any plans to show such a programme on CBeebies, but you may be interested to know that The Numtums return to CBeebies in Asia in September. For activities you may like to visit The Numtums page .

Kindly bring back Spot the Dog to the Cbeebies channel. It has been two years now since we got the Cbeebies channel but still no Spot the Dog. The children have waited a long time for the show. Your kind help and consideration in bringing in the show is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

BBC

Good morning,

I am currently doing a research assignment at university and my topic is the Mister Maker project. I'm looking closely in to the Mister Maker market and its demographics, psychographics, etc. Would you be able to help me out on your most to least prominent viewers and roughly how many viewers you have on average for your shows and their whereabouts. Have you had any negative feedback and if so what was the criticism.

My assignment is a community engagement plan and how i can aim to increase community engagement towards the Mister Maker show and what objectives, tactics etc i can manifest to benefit the show.

Currently i am looking at the situation analysis area of the assignment and would love if you could give me an insight on some of the key areas.

Thanks, Nicole.

BBC

Dear Nicole,

Thank you for your message to CBeebies in Asia.

We appreciate your interest in Mister Maker, but unfortunately we are unable to provide you with this information.

Feedback received about our programmes is posted here on the Contact page, and information about Mister Maker is available on the programme page here - www.cbeebies.com/asia/mister-maker/ . You may find the Grown Ups tab at the bottom of the pages interesting.
