These services are given to those who have birth defects, physical, mental, social and sensual problems and have lost their abilities to some extent. These people mostly have problems in their normal life and need security and protection, consultation and help. Along with other services to usual citizens, our center offers all social, cultural, educational and sportive services for these people. To whom we offer services: The people who reside in Ankara municipality boundaries and are able to bring disability report from the hospitals as 40% and more, those that have another certificates for their disability, disables of seeing, hearing and speaking, and those who have orthopedic problems could refer to us.
