Procurement

Procurement for the GLA is managed by Transport for London

More information can be found on the ‘ Selling to TfL ’ section of the TfL website.  The TfL site also includes information on how to register as a supplier .

In addition we have produced 'Selling to the GLA' a document that gives an overview of our procurement processes and procedures to aid both individuals and companies who are looking for opportunities to work with the GLA:

All TfL procurement policy documents will apply to the GLA, with the exception of the Purchase Order Conditions of Contract and the Standard Services Contract.

Terms and conditions for the GLA’s purchase of supplies, services and/or works may vary from case to case. However, the standard GLA Purchase Order Conditions of Contract will apply unless a contract has been agreed and signed separately:

www.competefor.com - a free service that enables businesses to compete for contract opportunities linked to the London 2012 Games and other major public and private sector buying organisations.

www.ted.europa.eu - TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) is the online version of the 'Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union', dedicated to European public procurement.
