About FIC

OVERVIEW

FOX International Channels (FIC) is News Corporation’s international multi-media business. We develop, produce and distribute 183 wholly- and majority-owned across Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa, in 35 languages. These networks and their related mobile, non-linear and high-definition extensions, reach over 735 million cumulative subscribing households worldwide. We also operate a global online advertising unit; .FOX (pronounced “dot-fox”) specialized in online video and display, and four TV production houses.

Our brands and our content lie at the heart of our ability to entertain people and build emotional connections with them. We provide smart and innovative programs that entertain and educate audiences across all demographics and on all platforms. We specialize in a 360° strategy where new and traditional media work together to maximize distribution and sales.

Our mission is to broadcast channels that are relevant to local audiences, so we adapt our brands and the identity of our channels to regional needs. Though much of the content found across our networks is acquired and USA-produced, we aim to localize our offering as much as possible through local productions of either adapted or original formats.
